The Rosenhöhe
The Rosenhöhe, Darmstadt is a historical park in the east of the city, whose special feature is the landscaped Rosarium. A Rosarium is a rose garden, in the form of an artistically set up garden or park, which is usually open to the public and the aim is the collection of varieties of roses from all over the world. This magnificent rose garden features a rose dome on top of the hill, as well as the mausoleums of the Princely House and the tombs of the family of the last Grand Duke Ernst Ludwig.
